About the Role An Australian consultancy with over 20 years of experience in IT and cyber security is seeking a Cloud Transformation Consultant to design and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions for a diverse client base. This role is based in Sydney and offers hybrid flexibility to engage in high-profile national projects while balancing lifestyle and career progression. Key Responsibilities Design and implement multi-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. Embed Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation. Optimise CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline. Apply Zero Trust security principles and compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight, IRAP, GDPR, and PCI DSS. Lead transformation projects end-to-end, from design through delivery. Mentor engineers and uplift governance through reusable patterns and templates. Support FinOps practices to achieve cost-efficient cloud operations. Skills & Experience Multiple years in cloud architecture, security engineering, or infrastructure delivery. Hands-on expertise with Azure and AWS platforms. Knowledge of compliance frameworks in regulated industries. Proficiency with automation, DevOps, and observability tools. Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-500, or AWS Solutions Architect Associate. Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain). Why Join?
